Hymox Forte 250 Mg, Suspension, Antibiotic, Reduce Bacterial Infections - 100 Ml

Penicillin kills bacteria through the binding of the beta-lactam ring to transpeptidase, inhibiting its cross-linking activity and preventing new cell wall formation. Without a cell wall, a bacterial cell is vulnerable to outside water and molecular pressures, which causes the cell to quickly die.
Amoxicillin is similar to penicillin in its bactericidal action

Chest (bronchitis or pneumonia)
Tonsils (tonsillitis)
Ears (otitis media)
Sinuses (sinusitis)
Kidneys
Heart (endocarditis)
Blood (septicemia)
The bladder or the urethra (the tube which carries urine from the bladder)
The female reproductive system includes infections associated with pregnancy and childbirth (puerperal sepsis and septic abortion)
Abdomen (intra-abdominal sepsis and peritonitis)
Skin, bone, teeth, and gums (abscesses)
Gonorrhea (a sexually transmitted infection)
Typhoid and paratyphoid (fevers caused by a group of bacteria called Salmonella)

Follow all directions given to you by your doctor or pharmacist
You may give/take amoxicillin before, with, or after food. Space the doses as evenly as possible throughout the day
Your doctor will advise you on how much medicine you should give to your baby or child. The usual dose is 40mg to 90mg for each kilogram of body weight a day, given in two or three divided doses.
Doses may be different between patients depending on the severity and type of infection.
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

Although the following side effects are not common in everyone, some patients may complains from:

Allergic reactions, the signs may include: skin itching or rash, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, body, or breathing difficulties
Nausea
Diarrhea
Other severe skin reactions can include: changes in skin color, bumps under the skin, blistering, pustules, peeling, redness, pain, itching, and scaling.
Flu-like symptoms with a rash, fever, swollen glands, and abnormal blood test results.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Your doctor will discuss the possible risks and benefits of using this medicine during pregnancy and breast-feeding

have glandular fever (fever, sore throat, swollen glands, and extreme tiredness)
Have kidney problems
Are not urinating regularly.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medications including over-the-counter non-prescription medicines, prescription medicines, herbal supplements, vitamins, and supplements.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.

The average normal oral temperature is 98.6°F (37°C).
A rectal temperature is 0.5 F (0.3 C) to 1 F (0.6 C) higher than an oral temperature.
An ear (tympanic) temperature is 0.5 F (0.3 C) to 1 F (0.6 C) higher than an oral temperature.
