The Recommended dose varies depending on the condition being treated

Stress management: use techniques like deep breathing, meditation, and yoga to reduce stress.
Physical therapy: improves joint function, range of motion, and overall physical function.
Acupuncture: may help reduce pain and improve physical function.
Massage therapy: can help reduce pain, stiffness, and muscle tension.
Sleep hygiene: aim for 7-8 hours of restful sleep per night to reduce pain and fatigue.

Store in the original package to protect it from moisture.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
