Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

The tablet should be taken orally twice a day, with or without food
The recommended starting dose is 10 mg twice daily for the first 5 days, followed by 20 mg twice daily.
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

Maintain a healthy weight to reduce the load on your joints
Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to support joint health
Practice good posture to reduce strain on your joints
Use joint protection techniques such as using proper form when lifting objects or using assistive devices such as canes or braces
Take breaks and stretch regularly during prolonged periods of sitting or standing
Apply heat or cold therapy to reduce joint pain and inflammation
Quit smoking and limit alcohol intake
Manage underlying health conditions such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis
Seek medical treatment if you experience persistent joint pain or stiffness

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Store in the original package to protect it from moisture.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
