Introduction & General Provisions

Welcome, in our website. The following terms and conditions govern the use and browsing of our pharmacies and online services website: www.al-dawaa.com. The words and terms mentioned in this document shall be given the meaning assigned to them herein as follows:

- Al-Dawaa Pharmacies' website: means Al-Dawa pharmacies website of the ALDAWAA MEDICAL SERVICES CO. JSL.

- Site: means wherever found in this the Agreement "Al-Dawaa Pharmacies' website". All site's pages, links, tools, and attributes in connection with the services provided by the Site are considered an integral part of the Pharmacies' website.

- Customer: means the entity requesting the service through the "Site" whether it is a natural person or legal person.

Agreement:  means the terms and conditions of use of the e-pharmacies services, which includes all the terms and conditions set out for the customer, which governs and regulates the customer's use of the pharmacies' website.

The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the use of this Site constitutes a clear and explicit acknowledgment that he will read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the manner how to use the site and that he accepts and approves the terms and conditions of this Agreement and responds to it carefully with its legally accepted capacity. The Customer's use of our online service shall be considered as an express acknowledgment of compliance with all terms and conditions of the Agreement and all the terms and conditions of ALDAWAA MEDICAL SERVICES CO. JSL. It is understood that once the customer selects the approval of the agreement, the terms and conditions of the agreement shall be binding upon the customer.

These terms of use and the required legal documents are subject to modification by us at any time. If you use the site after posting an announcement of any change means your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions and legal documents.

About the site

This site is an e-commerce platform allowing ALDAWAA MEDICAL SERVICES CO. JSL and its affiliated group to offer and sell their products ... and allows the companies and individuals to buy a variety of our products.

Registration Terms:

1)      The member shall be of legal age 18 years in order to buy the required products in your country of residence. The website has the right to cancel the account of any member who has not attained the age of 18 years without prior notice and settles his financial accounts immediately upon closing the account.

2)      The member shall be able to provide us with an address in Saudi Arabia for the delivery of the requested products.

3)      No person shall be entitled to use the site if the membership is canceled by the pharmacy.

4)      In the event that any user registers as a firm, the firm shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

5)      Every person uses the site must comply with all applicable laws governing e-commerce (trade through the Internet).

6)      No customer may use one e-mail and / or one mobile number to open more than one account for any reason. The management reserves the right to freeze and/or cancel the accounts and commit to liquidate all transactions related to the account before closing, freezing or/and canceling your account without any liability on the site.

7)      The customer has the right to choose to enter the website as a visitor or as a beneficiary of Arbahi loyalty program according to the program policies listed in the website.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that, in case of breach of clause (5) herein the above, the company has the right to cancel any purchase or sale orders or any transactions performed by the customer. In this case, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the company will bear no further responsibility in this regard.

Customer Obligations

Upon access or using our e-services, the customer complies with the following conditions:

  1. It is your responsibility to maintain the privacy and the access to and use of your account shall be through the password so that the customer agrees to assume the responsibility for all activities carried out through his account and password.
  2. The customer agrees to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of the password or its account or any other breach of the Safe Use of the Site Standards.
  3. Provides us with complete, real, accurate and current information about himself and his use of the services as specified by us.
  4. Non-disclosure of any user information provided to him to any third party (except as required or specified by us).
  5. Responds to our requests for additional information regarding eligibility and use of our services.
  6. The customer is not allowed to use the services of the site and to carry out operations that are considered to be in violation of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the rules of any other government agencies monitoring, regulating or supervising local trade services and the rules regulating e-commerce, otherwise, the customer will be legally and personally liable and assume the prescribed full responsibility in this regard without any further responsibility on website or al-dawaa pharmacies.

General Provisions:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse rendering the service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  2. You understand that your information (which does not include your credit card information) may be transmitted without encryption and may be subject to the following:

A)    Transferring among different networks on the Internet,

B)    Changing this information for adapting and modifying them to suit the technical requirements of connected networks or devices; although the credit card information is always encrypted before being transferred over the Internet.

  1. You may not reuse, re-create, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the services or the contents of the Site, use the service, access the service or any of the site's users without written permission from us.
  2. The titles used in this agreement are included as examples only so that they not limited only or affected by these provisions.

Restrictions

In addition to the other restrictions we have reviewed in terms of use, you are unpermitted to use the site or any of its contents:

  1. Use the site for illegal purposes.
  2. instigates others to commit or participate in any illegal acts.
  3. Violates any international, federal, regional or local laws or regulations.
  4. Infringes intellectual property rights of our pharmacy or any other third party.
  5. Harasses, maltreat, defame, abuse, libel, threaten or discriminate against the other according to gender, religion, race, sect, age, nationality, or disability.
  6. Disseminates false or misleading information.
  7. Uploads or converts viruses or any other type of malware that can be used in any way to influence our main site or other related sites or other sites or even the Internet in general.
  8. Collects or follows up the personal information of others,
  9. Sends malicious e-mails or catches or steal other customers' information on the site and to refer them to another site or social engineering or to crawl the network or to steal information from the site.
  10. For any purposes contrary to morality or morals,
  11. Interferes with or circumvents any security features of the site, related sites, other sites or the Internet in general. Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate the use of the Site or any related sites if you violate any of the foregoing contraindications.

Privacy policy

We are aware of our responsibility to protect your personal information taking this matter seriously. We believe that your personal information is one of our most important resources. We store your personal information processing through our servers located in Dammam and are protected by highly-secured hardware and software. We also use a third party to verify and endorse the privacy principles of our website including services. If you object to our processing of your personal information by transfer or use by any means, please send your request to [email protected]  or you may avoid using the website services.

Compensation for damages

You agree to indemnify and defend Al Dawaa pharmacies and any of our main, affiliates,  employees, managers, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers or trainees from any lawsuits, including attorneys' fees, or any other claims by third parties for breach of these terms of service, the documents you have incorporated as references, or for violation of any laws or rights of any third parties.

Registration – My Personal Account

The registration process includes the information (personal information) you provide to complete your transactions and for contacting you. You must accept the principle of using and updating your personal information to handle the registration process and to control the confidentiality of your identity during the follow-up process for the delivery of the purchase order and electronic payment.

The information you provide us during the registration process is protected according to the terms of the privacy protection policy as described above. Your personal information is part of your own record of your transactions with our services. If you use our website, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password, as well as preventing access to your PC / computer, and you are responsible for all transactions executed through your personal account using your password.

The website shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise due to your failure to protect your password or any other information relating to your personal account. If you suspect of any illegal transaction in your personal account, please notify us immediately by any means (contact us).

E-contact:

By agreeing to use the site and our e-services, you agree to receive our e-mail in all its forms through e-mail, periodicals, notices or alerts posted on the website. Accordingly, you implicitly agree that all e-transactions received from us are legally binding and treat the transaction of the written transactions.

You may cancel receiving such messages by clicking the "No Promotional Messages" option at the bottom of promotions and advertising.

We have the right to monitor, record and save any telephone call, e-mail or any other form of electronic communication with you for training purposes in order to verify the advice and observations directed to us and to improve and develop the quality of service provided to our customers.

Modifications of the User Agreement and the Site's operating mechanism:

You are aware and agree that the site will notify you of any modification to the User Agreement, and by virtue of such modifications, your obligations may be multiplied by any modifications to the Terms of Use.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the website, in its sole discretion and without bearing any liability, shall make any fundamental or secondary-amendments to this agreement without requiring and further approval from you, at any time and with immediate effect, but you will be notified of such modifications by posting an advertisement on the site.

It is known to the customer that the site is not an auction or a bank and does not provide similar services. It is a website through which the goods and products of Al-Dawaa pharmacies and related groups are sold in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al-dawaa Now Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Definition

“Al-dawaa Now” is an express delivery service provided by Al-dawaa Pharmacies through the website or mobile application, enabling customers to receive their orders within an estimated period of up to sixty (60) minutes from the time the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, in exchange for an additional service fee separate from standard delivery charges. This service is available within a specific geographical scope and through selected branches, subject to operational policies and product availability at branches nearest to the customer’s location. And by selecting the “Al-dawaa Now” service during checkout, the customer expressly agrees to comply with all terms and conditions governing this service, in addition to the general terms and conditions of Al-dawaa Pharmacies’ online store.

  1. Service Operating Hours

The service is available during the operating hours of participating branches supporting the service and subject to the availability of the shipping company’s delivery representative.

Al-dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to modify the service operating hours or suspend or discontinue the service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time in accordance with operational requirements and without prior notice.

  1. Delivery Time

Al-dawaa Pharmacies endeavors to deliver orders placed through the “Al-dawaa Now” service within an estimated period of sixty (60) minutes from the time the order is confirmed following successful payment completion.

Delivery time may be extended by an additional fifteen (15) minutes or more due to operational, emergency, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control, without resulting in any additional liability on the Company.

The delivery period shall be calculated from the time the order is confirmed following successful payment completion, with a maximum delivery period of seventy-five (75) minutes.

Orders shall be deemed final and binding immediately upon confirmation due to the immediate commencement of order preparation procedures and the nature of the express delivery service. Accordingly, customers may not modify or cancel the order after confirmation.

  1. Service Coverage and Delivery Areas

The “Al-dawaa Now” service is available in selected cities and areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as determined through the website or mobile application.

Al-dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to modify, expand, or limit delivery coverage areas at any time in accordance with its operational policies and without prior notice.

  1. Exceptions

Order delivery may be delayed in certain circumstances, and the Company reserves the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

  1. Unavailability of the requested stock.
  2. Unavailability of the requested products at branches near the customer’s location.
  3. Delivery circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including traffic congestion or weather conditions.
  4. Technical or system malfunctions affecting operational systems, the website, or the application.
  5. Emergencies or force majeure events beyond the Company’s control.
  6. Incomplete or inaccurate order details, including the national address or phone number.
  7. Inability of the delivery representative to reach the customer’s location or failure of the customer to respond.
  8. Any other reason preventing completion of delivery within the specified timeframe.

If delivery of the order cannot be completed for any of the reasons stated above or similar circumstances, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the customer without any further liability on the Company.

6. Refund Processing in the Event of Delivery Time Exceedance

Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the time of placing the order, as follows:

  • Amounts paid via bank cards shall be refunded to the original payment method, unless the customer elects an alternative digital payment method during checkout.
  • In the event payment is made through digital payment methods, the refunded amount shall be credited to the customer’s electronic wallet, including cases resulting from Company error, due to the inability to partially refund payments to the original payment method.

7. Electronic Wallet Balance Terms of Use

  1. The electronic wallet balance may only be used for purchases through the application or website and may not be used in physical branches or redeemed for cash.
  2. Wallet balances may only be transferred between personal accounts within the application.
  3. The user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and password and shall bear responsibility for all transactions conducted through the account.
  4. The wallet balance shall remain valid for use without an expiration date unless a specific validity period is clearly stated upon issuance.
  5. In the event of order cancellation, the amount shall be refunded to the original payment method or to the electronic wallet (in cases of digital payment), depending on the payment method used and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  6. The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel wallet balances in cases of suspected fraudulent or unlawful use.
  7. The store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and such amendments shall become effective upon publication through the application, website, or any other appropriate means.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising therefrom.

8. Service Fees

The “Al-dawaa Now” service fee shall be charged at SAR 16 for orders valued below SAR 150. For orders exceeding SAR 150, the service fee shall be SAR 10. In case the order contains more than one shipment, the “Al-dawaa Now” service fee shall be calculated based on the shipment value associated with the service. All applicable charges shall be clearly displayed to the customer during checkout..

The service fee shall automatically be added to the order total upon selecting the service. Al-dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to modifty such fees in accordance with its pricing and operational policies without prior notice.

Service fees are non-refundable except in cases expressly provided for under these Terms and Conditions.

9. Payment Methods

The “Al-dawaa Now” service is available exclusively for prepaid orders through the electronic payment methods available on the website or application. The service does not include cash on delivery or payment through payment link sharing, and orders shall not be processed unless payment has been successfully confirmed.

10. Product Return and Exchange Policy

·        Express Delivery

Products delivered through the express delivery service may not be returned or exchanged after receipt, in order to preserve service quality and delivery efficiency.  However, customers may request product returns only by visiting the branch from which the order was prepared, in accordance with Al-dawaa Pharmacies’ online store return policy, through contacting customer service via the toll-free number to submit a return or exchange request.

·        Refunds:

Products Received, Only the product value shall be refunded (excluding service or delivery fees) within 7–14 business days using the original payment method or digital wallet, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase, in accordance with Al-dawaa Pharmacies’ online store policy.

Defective Products, Products Different from Description, or Errors on Our Part (including pricing errors or delays). The full product amount and applicable return fees shall be refunded.

·        Product Return from Branch

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product if the reason for return is not attributable to an error on the Company’s part.

11. Order Cancellation

Due to the nature of the express delivery service and the short order preparation timeframe, order cancellation is not permitted. Also ,Al-dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to manage orders in accordance with its operational policies while retaining sole discretion regarding customer refunds.

12. Prescription Medication Products

Certain medications may require a valid medical prescription in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al-dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to request a valid prescription or refuse delivery of the product if such prescription is not provided.

13. Limitation of Liability

The responsibility of Al-dawaa pharmacies is limited to providing the delivery service in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond its control.

14. Additional Service Provisions

  1. The “Al-dawaa Now” service is subject to product availability at branches nearest to the customer’s location.
  2. Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delivery delays.
  3. The delivery representative shall attempt delivery once only to the specified address.
  4. The Company reserves the right to determine the maximum number of products or order value eligible for the service.
  5. Certain products may be excluded from the service due to their nature or storage requirements.

The Company may temporarily suspend or discontinue the service during periods of operational pressure, emergencies, or technical maintenance.

Terms and Conditions for "Al-Dawaa Plus imported" service:

These terms and conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Al-Dawaa Pharmacy Platform and apply to all users of the "Al-Dawaa Plus Imported" service.
By using the service, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions in addition to the platform's general terms and conditions.
Service Scope and Nature:
1) The "Al-Dawaa Plus Imported" service specializes in providing imported health, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, and personal care and beauty products upon request. These products are sourced from approved depository warehouses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shipped via a third-party delivery service provider.
2) Products include:
- Over-the-counter (OTC) medications
- Nutritional supplements
- Personal care and beauty products
- Medical devices and consumables
3) This service is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or consultation, nor does it replace a visit to a qualified physician. Only OTC medications are dispensed in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
4) The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates customs regulations, platform policies, import policies, or in cases of suspected misuse, incomplete data, or missing required documents.
Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
Products are provided in accordance with the following:
- Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations
- The terms and conditions of the Al-Dawaa website
- Storage and transportation requirements in the depository warehouses
Quantitative and Value Restrictions for Orders
- Dietary Supplements: The maximum order is five different items, with no more than three packages of the same item per shipment.
- Beauty and Personal Care Products: The maximum order is twenty items per shipment, with a maximum total weight of 14 kg per shipment.
- Total Order Value: The maximum order value is SAR 999.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order exceeding these limits without any obligation to provide compensation.
- Al-Dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Al-Dawaa Pharmacies reserves the right to suspend any part or all of the services provided under any business statement for a reasonable period due to any change in the nature, scope, or timing of the services provided. Consequently, previously agreed-upon service delivery dates "delivery phases" will be postponed for a period equivalent to the suspension period.

Delivery Time & Official Holidays

Delivery Time for Imported Products:

  • The customer acknowledges that certain products are imported from outside the Kingdom of SaudiArabia. Accordingly, delivery timelines may vary depending on international shipping procedures,customs clearance processes, and the regulations applied by the relevant authorities.

Delays During Seasons and Official Holidays:

  • Delivery of orders may experience delays during periods preceding or during holidays, seasonal peaks, official holidays, or weekends. Such delays may occur due to operational congestion at shipping companies, customs ports, or related governmental entities.

Responsibility and Follow-up:

  • Al-Dawaa Company undertakes to follow up on the order with shipping and customs clearance service providers and to provide the customer with available updates regarding the order status. The Company shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control. For example, customs procedures, governmental decisions, or operational conditions related to shipping service providers.


Supply, Preparation, Delivery, and Receipt:
1)    Storage and handling operations are carried out within the designated warehouses in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
2)    Order processing time depends on product availability, customs clearance procedures, and operational and customs conditions. All timeframes are estimates and not binding.
3)    If the product cannot be supplied for any regulatory or operational reason, the company has the right to cancel the order and refund the payment without any additional compensation obligation.
4)    Shipping and delivery responsibility transfers to the logistics provider after product delivery. The customer is obligated to inspect the shipment and report any damage or shortage within 24 hours of receipt.
5)    Cancellation of "Al-Dawaa Plus Imported" Orders: International imported orders cannot be canceled by the customer after preparation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online drug store. 
6)    Failure to receive the order from the shipping company: If the customer does not receive the order within two attempts, the shipment will be automatically canceled, according to the terms and conditions. The customer is not entitled to a refund of the order amount paid.
7)    Delivery of "Al-Dawaa Plus Imported" Products: Delivery is handled by a third-party delivery service provider and takes between three and ten days from the order date. This timeframe may vary depending on the estimated processing time for customs procedures. The delivery service provider is fully responsible for delivering the products to the customer and is not obligated to pay any service fees if they fail to provide the service. The order will be forwarded to the nearest branch of the third-party delivery service provider, and the customer has the right to collect it within seven days of being notified. After this period, the shipment will be returned to the source.
8)    Force Majeure: Al-Dawaa Plus assumes no responsibility for delays in delivering the order to the customer in the event of any emergency or force majeure beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather conditions, government decisions, or any exceptional events that prevent the fulfillment of the obligation on time. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, Al-Dawaa Plus reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
9)     Change of Services: The company reserves the right to change the services provided through a third-party delivery service provider (third party) after obtaining the third party's consent. Any change to the services will be effective from the date specified in the amended work statement after both parties have signed the addendum.
10)    Undelivered Shipments: If a shipment cannot be delivered for any reason, and the customer ignores receiving it, the company reserves the right to handle these shipments in any manner it deems appropriate after 7 days from the shipping date, in accordance with internal regulations. 
Since the company bears the return shipping fees if a shipment is returned due to non-delivery for any of the following reasons (e.g., the recipient's failure to pay customs duties or any other fees imposed on the shipment, the recipient's refusal to accept the shipment, government authorities' refusal to allow the shipment to transit, or incorrect addresses), the company reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the customer for the amount paid by the company through the relevant authorities, without refunding any amounts paid to the customer.

Prices, Customs Duties, and Taxes
1)    All "Al-Dawaa Plus Imported " orders are subject to customs service fees, including Value Added Tax (VAT), as per the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Resolution No. (34-03-03) dated 27/04/2024 AD, or any other taxes that may be imposed by the government or the competent authority from time to time. The tax is calculated separately on the payment page, and the customer is obligated to pay it within the total order value before completing the purchase.
2)    Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances if the customer returns the order. These fees are collected by government entities and cannot be refunded once issued. This applies for any reason, including but not limited to:
a.    Refusal to accept the shipment upon delivery
b.    Entering an incorrect or incomplete address
c.    Failure of the customer to respond to the shipping company
d.    Failure to collect the shipment from customs or the shipping company within the specified period
e.    Customer request to cancel the order after shipment
f.    Customer change of preference after shipment
g.    Failure to provide the required customs clearance documents by the customer.
h.    Inability to deliver due to import regulations or restrictions in the customer's country.
i.    Any personal reason attributable to the customer and unrelated to a manufacturing defect or error on the part of the store.
3)    Delivery Price Review: Delivery prices are subject to review by the pharmaceutical company and may change according to variables. Prices may be modified without prior notice, provided that the updated price is displayed to the customer before order completion.
4)    Delivery fees are determined by the delivery service provider ("the third party"). Accordingly, the customer is obligated to pay the fees determined for orders according to the prices offered by the Al-Dawaa company.
5)    If the delivery service provider ("the third party") pays customs duties and taxes in advance on behalf of the customer, as determined by customs officials, the pharmaceutical company may contact the customer before customs clearance to confirm payment arrangements for the amount due.
6)    The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any logistics or handling costs related to the order in accordance with applicable law. These charges will be calculated and added to the total order value. 
7)    The pharmaceutical company will issue a tax invoice to the customer outlining the return policy for imported products in accordance with local tax regulations.
8)    The company reserves the right to modify fees before order confirmation.
9)    We accept the following payment methods: 
- The online store accepts credit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and prepaid cards, as well as e-wallets (STC Pay, Apple Pay) for locally issued cards. Payments can also be made in installments through Tamara.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, either partially or completely, we will notify you immediately. In this case, a full or partial refund will be issued to the credit card used for the initial payment.
- By using the electronic payment service on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Opening and Inspecting Shipments.
A third party may, at its sole discretion, open and inspect any shipment at any time without notifying us. Government authorities may also open and inspect any shipment at any time, in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions. The pharmaceutical company assumes no responsibility for any delays that may result from inspection procedures or related regulatory requirements.
Return and Exchange Policy:
1)    Due to the nature of the products imported on demand, all orders placed through the "Imported Plus Drug" service are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This includes:
- Dietary supplements
- Personal care products
- Over-the-counter medications and treatments
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Perishable or used products
- Products imported on demand
- Devices of all types, as these imported devices are not covered by any warranty due to the absence of an official distributor within the Kingdom.
2)    Permissible Exceptions:
a.    However, there are specific cases in which product returns are permitted. These cases are: 
- An error in the order items upon receipt.
- Damage to the product upon receipt, taking into account cases of damage or non-conformity.
b.    Conditions for returns under exceptions:
- Inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.
- Report within 24 hours, attaching photos of the product and packaging, and the order number.
- After verification, the company has the right to replace the product or refund the payment only.
- No claims will be accepted after this period or as a result of misuse or opening the packaging.
c.    The return process is as follows:

Perishable Shipments and Tracking
- The pharmaceutical company is not responsible for shipments that are inherently perishable, may be damaged during transit, or require special storage conditions or a specific timeframe.
- The pharmaceutical company can track customer shipments through the shipping company's (third-party delivery service provider) website by entering the shipment number in the international shipment tracking field on the official website. The pharmaceutical company is not responsible for any delays or discrepancies in the tracking information provided by the shipping company.
Claims for Damaged or Missing Shipments:
1)    All claims related to loss, damage, delay, or shortage, as well as losses resulting from damage caused by delays or late delivery, must be submitted to the pharmaceutical company within 24 hours of the shipment delivery date; otherwise, the company forfeits its right to claim.
2)    The third-party delivery service provider will be provided with all original documents and purchase invoices for valuation and verification of copies of the air waybill or any other documents related to the shipment. The customer will pay all fees through the platform or application before the order is processed and before the third-party delivery service provider accepts shipment of the products. The claim amount will not be deducted from these fees
3)    The customer must retain the original shipping boxes, packaging, and contents until they are inspected by the third-party delivery service provider.
4)    Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must ensure its integrity. The absence of written notification of visible damage on the delivery receipt is sufficient evidence that the shipment was in good condition at the time of delivery.
5)    In the event of a claim due to hidden damage not discovered at the time of delivery, the third-party delivery service provider will be notified as soon as possible after the damage is discovered, and no later than 12 hours after delivery.
6)    The third-party delivery service provider will not accept the results of shock clocks, inclination gauges, or thermometers in assessing damage claims.
7)     The customer must send the claim to the medicine company along with all documents and information to contact the delivery service provider "third party".

Timeframe and Refund Methods for Order Cancellation:
1)    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
2)    Credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the customer's bank's procedures.
3)    Shipping fees, customs duties, and any other fees paid are non-refundable if the order is returned at the customer's request.

Data Accuracy and Medical Liability
1)    The customer is obligated to provide accurate information, including full name, age, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and detailed delivery and collection addresses.

3)    The company's responsibility is limited to providing the product according to approved regulatory specifications and it assumes no liability for misuse or complications resulting from drug interactions or medical conditions.
4)    Address Responsibility: The pharmaceutical company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete national address for delivery purposes. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to ensure timely delivery of the order. In all cases, there is no specific delivery time.
The customer is obligated to enter all required data for the delivery of the requested products. If the data provided is incorrect or incomplete, and a third party delivers the products, the company assumes no responsibility to the customer, who is solely responsible for entering the correct data.
If the customer fails to enter the required data, the information stored electronically will be used. The customer remains primarily responsible to the company for the accuracy of this information and bears all shipping fees and costs. These include not only fees and taxes paid by the third-party delivery service provider but also any additional charges levied by the third-party delivery service provider. The company has the right to review the air waybill to verify the selected service and the weight of the package or shipment. If the selected service or weight entered is incorrect, the appropriate adjustment will be made to the invoice at any time. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the air waybill to ensure that shipment information is entered correctly into any automated shipping method. Information regarding the number of packages and the weight of each package is essential for the third-party delivery service provider to prepare invoices correctly. If the customer fails to provide the correct information and address, the invoice will be prepared based on the package weight as adjusted by the third-party delivery service provider.
5)    No compensation will be paid in the following cases:
a.    The company will not be liable for any damages resulting from loss, delay in delivery, or damage caused by misleading information from the customer.
b.    Delays due to customs clearance procedures or government authorities.

Shipment Rejection
The third party has the right to refuse, detain, or return any shipment if it deems that the shipment is likely to cause damage or delay to other shipments, equipment, or personnel, and will inform the customer accordingly.

Conditions and Terms (Gift Cards of Al-Dawaa Pharmacies)

The following conditions and terms are applied to the gift cards that had been bought or got from Al-Dawaa Pharmacies.

1 -     The gift card of Al-Dawaa Pharmacies should be printed digitally (non-printed).

2 -     The printed or digital gift cards have no date of expiry.

3 -     The customers can verify the remained balance of gift card through our website and application or through the pharmacist, however the balance of the printed or digital gift card, is indicated at the customer bill in case payment the value of procurements.

4 -     Maximum limit to recharge gif card is SAR 5000 and low limit is SAR 50.

5 -     The printed gift card is rechargeable by unlimited numbers, different from digital gift card, it cannot be recharged after expiration the card balance.

6 -     Customers can use a part or a total balance at gif card and the remained balance can be used at future procurement.

7 -     The gift card can be used and purchased through the branches of Al-Dawaa pharmacies or Al-Dawaa online.

8 -     The card cannot be returned or exchanged for a cash amount.

9 -     If the customer wishes to return the sold products and paid for through the gift card, the paid amount will be returned to a new gift card.

10 -     Payment system for the purchase of the gift card of Al-Dawaa pharmacies:

  • We accept credit cards, Mada cards, American Express cards or cash.
  • It doesn’t cover the customers of medical insurance or payment by earnings points, or Qitaf points, or digital wallet, or through another gift card or discount coupons of all types.

11 -     The balance of the gift card can be transferred to the digital wallet.

12 -     The gift card can be used during the period of offers and discounts.

13 -     Payment can be made through the gift card on any of Al-Dawaa pharmacies products.

14 -     When purchasing using the gift card from Al-Dawaa pharmacies, the earning points are calculated automatically calculated according to the approved mechanism for calculating the points in my earnings program.

18 -     Al-Dawaa pharmacies have the right to amend the terms and conditions of the card at any time, including canceling the card if the cancellation is deemed necessary.

19 -     A gift card is not considered a credit card.

20 -     Al-Dawaa pharmacies are not responsible for verification the ownership of the card before accepting payment.

Terms and Conditions for Orders Consolidation Fee:

  1. We will charge a 1% order consolidation fee when you choose the service "Buy Now, Pay Later" payment method.

If you order large and small products from our website, the products may be delivered to the specified location but may be received in different shipments and different timing.

Payment:

Order Cancelling:

Order Canceling by Al-Dawaa Pharmacy: We reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

  1. Rejection / non-acceptance of the payment process
  2. If the delivery address given by the customer or the contact information is not correct or because the customer cannot be reached.
  3. Failure to attend the customer/customer or delay the receipt of the order for more than 7 days to receive his online payment for the "click & collect from the pharmacy".
  4. If the customer failed to attend or delay for more than 72 hours to receive his order when he chooses to pay at the pharmacy when selected the "click & collect from the Pharmacy" option.

Al Dawaa Pharmacy is committed to providing the best possible customer service and therefore any sales of more than (8) pieces of the same category to one customer reserves the right to cancel the order according to the directions of the administration.

Order Cancelling by the Customer: To continue with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

- If the order is not delivered or shipped to you. If the order is canceled after shipment or dispatch of the order, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the absolute right to match the time when your order was shipped with the time you submitted the cancellation request.

We cannot provide/deliver the required product/service within a reasonable period of two working days from the day the order is confirmed.

Return, Replacement, and Refund

If you are not satisfied with the product or if the product is defective, you may request a "Return the Payments / Product" to Al-Dawaa pharmacy within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions:

In accordance with hygiene and public health laws & regulations, we do not accept to return the health and beauty products (razors, hair removal appliances, oral and dental care appliances, etc.), and they are not replaceable or refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect within (7) Days

Items that should be stored in the refrigerator (such as insulin, hormones, etc.) should not be returned or replaced.

Items that should be kept at a constant temperature, such as milk and baby foods, should not be returned or replaced in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.

The products dispensed by medical insurance cannot be returned or replaced.

In case of returning 1+1 or 2+1 items, or discount on the second piece returns, the whole set of products must be returned.

In the case of returning offer items: the entire range of offer must be returned in its value at the time of the offer.

If the product is returned for product defect reason by the manufacturer or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product or for delivery of the incorrect product, no additional charges will be charged for the shipping service or bank transfer fees. If the product is returned for other reasons, (customer need to change the product or change of the customer's desire in general), shipping charges or bank transfer charges will be charged to the customer.
